About “Leading High-Performing Remote Teams” Coaching Program
My name is Ekaterina Stoops. I am a Leadership Coach, Speaker, and a Writer and I am on a mission to inspire HR professionals, managers, team leaders, and project managers to become transformation leaders. I have coached people from all over the world and I am passionate about helping organizations optimize their virtual workforces.
My interest in helping leaders learn how to lead and support their employees when working remotely started when I accepted a leadership role to champion an innovative project sponsored by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. I led 10 remote teams comprised of employees from 10 institutions of higher education and together we created a best-in-class framework for how people from underrepresented and marginalized groups could better access workforce training programs in WA state. Since then, I have worked at different organizations helping professionals make a shift from delivering their services in-person to working with their clients remotely.
Now, I want to share my experience with you.
